This is a special dish for special occasions. This can be prepared during Eid or Ramadan. Enjoy this spicy, yummy, delicious mutton dish with your family and friends and add spice to your festivities. This goes well with chapathi, dosa, idli and rice.

Ingredients of Spicy mutton gravy

1.00 kg Mutton

0.50 tbsp Pepper Corns
2.00 no Cardamom
0.50 no Cinnamon Stick
3.00 no Cloves
2.00 tbsp Coriander Seeds
0.25 tbsp Black Jeera
0.25 tbsp Little Turmeric Powder
1.00 no Little Tamarind
4.00 no Onion
6.00 no Garlic Cloves
0.50 no Ginger
4.00 tbsp Grated Coconut
2.00 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
5.00 no Little Curry Leaves
1.00 tbsp Little Coriander Leaves
1.00 cup Oil

Spicy mutton gravy

Cut the 1 kg mutton into medium pieces and wash thoroughly and allow all the water to drain and keep aside.

Heat the pressure cooker and add the cut mutton pieces, add the cut ginger pieces, 1/2 onion thinly sliced, 3 garlic cloves, 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, little turmeric powder, salt and 1 table spoon oil and fry well for 5 minutes.
