Spicy mutton curry

STEP : 1
Mutton is a good source of iron phosphorus and zinc and rich in protein.Initially to prepare bhukara black pepper mutton curry masala,take around 8 to 10 garlic cloves in a mixie jar.

Now add a cup of onion(cut into small pieces) and quarter cup of small piece of ginger in a mixie jar for smooth paste.

Add hand full of small pieces coconut.You can also add green chilies and pepper corns,poppy seeds and cloves little bit for a blender.

Now make all this ingredients into a smooth paste.Now coconut masala is ready,you can also add a few cashew nuts if you prefer.

Take a 500 gram of goat meat or mutton ( Note goat meat contain low amount fat and cholestrol ).it also we called as chevon or domestic goat.Don't forget to wash the mutton.

Now slightly heat a pressure cooker add 4 to 5 tablespoon of cooking oil,when oil gets heat add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,curry leafs when it splutter add a half kg goat meat and leave it cook for 5 to 10 minutes.

Add a tablespoon of tumeric powder in cooking mutton mix it well and cook in a very low flame for five minutes.

STEP : 8
Add a few tablespoon of salt and coriander powder in a cooking mutton you can add some water if required and saute it well ,you can also add coriander leaves if you like.

After few more minutes when mutton is half cooked and becomes dry,you can also add garam masala powder and green chillies for more taste.

Now add a ginger, garlic ,coconut paste into the cooked mutton and saute well using slotted or big spoon till the raw smell goes.

Now take a blender add two to three tomatoes and two tablespoon of red chilli powder or dried red chillies 5 to 6,yo u can dry roast the blender ingredients it gives a better taste.

No need to add water because tomatoes are watery and make them a fine paste (note use pressed coconut milk or home made coconut milk for this recipe if possible) instead of adding coconuts.

Now add a masala paste into the cooking mutto,make sure the mutton should be full cooked and saute it well,you can also use custard oil for more taste.

Add some water and mix well ,while it is cooking add chotti or half grinded black pepper corns into the cooking masala and mix it well.

When the mutton masala is nicely cooked are over ,remove from heat and wait for few minutes,combine it well and keep aside ,Now our Bhukara black pepper curry mutton masala is ready to serve.
