STEP : 1
wash and chop small fresh capsicum. chop the onion also small or in any shape as you want. take maggi and crush it into small pieces.
STEP : 2
now take a deep frying pan and heat oil in it. after then add finely chopped capsicums and fry them well. make them crunchy and crispy.

after the chopped capsicum slices are been fried add some chopped onions and fry them also till brown in colour. keep the gas flame high.

after frying capsicum and onions properly keep the gas flame low and add maggi masala so that it will not get burnt. mix it well.

now the masala is applied on capsicum and onion mixture followed by add crushed maggi pieces and again mix them well. add pinch of salt for taste. add water and let it be cooked for 3-4 minutes.

after 3-4 minutes maggi is ready to eat. take the maggi to serve and garnish with some fried chopped capsicum pieces. or you can garnish with some coriander leaves as you want to.
