Spicy macaroni recipe
STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare Chilli capsicum macaroni,we need macaroni,capsicum,garlic,onions,tomato ketchup,green chilli sauce,soya sauce,vinegar,red chilli powder,coriander powder,maggi masala ,oil,green chillies and salt to taste.

Initially turn on the flame ,place a vessel add three cups of water and let it boil few minutes.

When it becomes little hot,turn off the flame add two cups of macaroni in a boiling water.
STEP : 4
Add little bit or a half a tablespoon of oil in a boiling water so that it becomes soft.
STEP : 5
Add half tablespoon of salt in a boiling water and let it leave for 5 to 10 minutes.

Take a single bell pepper or capsicum,cut in to small pieces ,adding capsicum gives crunchy taste.

For tampering ,turn on the flame,place a pan or tawa ,add four to five tablespoon of oil .

Add quarter cup of crunched garlic in hot oil and saute it few seconds and let fry.

Add a cup of onions and saute it for few seconds till it turns light golden brown.

Add a seperated capsicum or bell peppers into the onions and saute it ,leave it few seconds.

Add a chopped green chillies or red chillies along with the ingredients and mix it .

Add a tablespoon of vinegar and mix it ,you can even squeeze a few drops of lemon juice.

Add two tablespoon of tomato ketchup and mix it well and let it cook for few seconds.

Add two tablespoon of green chilli sauce and mix it thoroughly,you can add red chilli sauce if possible.

Add a tablespoon of soya sauce and mix all these thoroughly for few seconds and cook for few seconds.

After 5 to 10 minutes drain the soaked macaronis completely ,it should not be too boiled .

Now add the drained macaronis along with the mixture and mix it completely and let cook under 3 to 5 minutes.

Now the mixture is boiled semi consistency,you can sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves in it.

Add little bit of water then mix it using spatula and let it cook for few seconds.

Add half tablespoon of red chilli powder and mix it completely,you can even add red chilli flakes.

Add half tablespoon of coriander powder and mix it,you can omit these if you won't prefer.

Add a tablespoon of maggi masala into the mixture but totally it is optional,I added for a taste.

Add a tablespoon of salt or as per your taste and mix it completely and leave it to cook.

Finally when everything is completed ,turn off the flame and allow them to cool and transfer it in a bowl.
