STEP : 1
Take the onion and garlic, peel them and wash and chop them. - Make large size cubes from the green capsicum. Grate the cheese. Soak the kidney beans so that they become soft.

Boil the penne pasta in a saucepan and also defrost the sausage so that it is ready to be shallow fried
STEP : 3
Now add few drops of olive oil, parsley leaves and a pinch of salt to the penne pasta and mix it well
STEP : 4
Heat little olive oil in the kadai and chop the sausage into small pieces and then shallow fry them so that they are brownish in all directions.

Now boil the kidney beans and drain the excess oil from the sausage and leave it for dressing the pasta

Heat olive oil in a kadai and fry the onion, garlic and the green capsicum so that they become tender. Add a pinch of salt

Now add the boiled kidney beans and mix it well in the kadai and sprinkle some black pepper powder and cook for a minute

Add the red sauce in the kadai and mix it very well so that a saucy mixture is formed with the vegetables and the kidney beans.

Set aside the mixture and allow it cool in a bowl so that it can be used for dressing the pasta

Arrange the three separate items in three lines in a plate as shown. The pasta in the center and the sausage and kidney beans on both sides

Now add grated cheese on top and then with parsley seasoning the pasta is ready and can be served readily.
