Very tasty and health recipe soya Manchuria can be prepared very simply in few minutes ..Most of us love these kind of stuff in the evening time as a snacks so we can.prepare very easily in our house let us know the process

Ingredients of Soya manchurian

1.00 cup soya
3.00 tbsp maida
2.00 tbsp cornflour
2.00 no salt for taste
2.00 tbsp onions
2.00 tbsp garlic pieces
3.00 tbsp soya sauce
2.00 tbsp green chili sauce
1.00 cup oil
1.00 tbsp lemon juice
1.00 tbsp green chilies
0.25 tbsp food color

This is so mouth watering recipe. I never tried this soyabean dish. This is a unique and intelligent choice as soyabean is a very nutritious food. It is rich in protein and fibre. For vegetarians it is a super food. This recipe is absolutely amazing. That coated soyabean when fried in hot oil and then mixed with other ingredients turn out so delicious. You can add some shimla mirch to it as well. Also you can skip food colour and soya sauce as per your preference. This dish is my favourite one of soyabean.
