Soya meat/granules/chunks is famous for high content protein. It forms good combination with eggplant, drum stick and potato. Soya kheema is one such experiment with soya chunks. This defatted granules can be used to make into cutlet too.

All the ingredients are taken as per measurement. Vegetables are diced priory. Soya and moong dal( gravy ingredient)is washed and soaked.

After it is done, add chilly and ginger. Also red chilly may be used. Fry it till the oil becomes flavoured.
