STEP : 1
Take a pan and add about one cup of water and boil it. Now add one cup of mealmaker to it.

Boil for about 2 minutes till the mealmaker becomes soft. Strain the water from it.

Transfer it in to a grinding jar and grind it once to form like keema. Transfer it to a bowl.

Now take a pan and add about four tablespoons of oil and heat it. Now add green chillies and curry leaves.

Fry them for a while and add chopped onion to it. Fry the onion till it gets brown colour

Now add about half tablespoon of salt and one tablespoon of red chilli powder to it.

Now mix it well and fry them for about two minutes. Add mealmaker keema to it.

Now mix it well and add about one tablespoon of garam masala to it and fry.

Now fry about two minutes and put of the flame. Transfer it to another bowl and garnish it with coriander
