STEP : 1
Boil the soya bean chunks with a teaspoon of salt and drain the excess water and wash it with cold water. Keep the boiled soya bean chunks aside. In a bowl mix curs, salt and water, also take besan in a separate bowl.

Heat little oil in a non-stick pan and add boiled soya bean chunks, a pinch of turmeric powder and salt. Shallow fry it for few minutes.

In a bowl mix 1 small bowl curd, 1 bowl water, 2 tablespoon of besan, œ teaspoon of methi seeds, and œ teaspoon of turmeric powder, green chili, and salt as required. Now boil this mixer for at least 20 minutes in a low flame.

Heat oil in a kadhi, add mustard seeds, methi seeds, curry leaves, whole red chili and saute it for a minute. Also add chopped onion and again saute it for a minute.
STEP : 5
After 20 minutes turn off the flame and check the consistency of curd mixture and pour it in the kadai. Boil it for few minutes. If you find the consistency of kadai becoming thicker add water as required.

For add the fried soya bean chunks and mix well with kadhi. Turn off the heat and add 1 tablespoon of ghee.
STEP : 7
Serve it in a serving plate and garnish with roasted whole red chili and cumin seeds powder. It will taste great with steam rice.
