Soyabean as chunks, often known as “meat without bones”. Soya bean kadhi is a very tasty dish prepared from soya chunks. Kadhi is a northern Indian dish. It consists of thick gravy based on chickpea flour and curd. By adding soya chunks the nutrient value of this dish has increased. It is very healthy combination of kadhi and soya chunks.

Ingredients of Soya kadhi recipe

1.00 cup Soya bean chunks
0.25 tbsp salt
0.50 cup besan
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
1.00 no green chili
0.25 tbsp mustard seeds
0.25 tbsp methi seeds
1.00 tbsp curry leaves
2.00 no whole red chili
1.00 no onion
1.00 cup curd
1.00 tbsp cumin seeds
1.00 tbsp ghee

Soya kadhi recipe

Boil the soya bean chunks with a teaspoon of salt and drain the excess water and wash it with cold water. Keep the boiled soya bean chunks aside. In a bowl mix curs, salt and water, also take besan in a separate bowl.
