Place a pan on the stove. Add water in to the pan. Allow it to heat. Add a little amount of salt in to the water. A pinch is enough

after that add the needed amount of soya chunks in to the boiled salt water. Allow it for 1 to 2 min. then take that outside

take the soya chunks and boiled water separately. Make dry the soya chunks and wash that with cold water.

allow that soya chunks to cool. This consistency is enough to boil for the soya chunks. Now grind the soya chunks partially.

now take the grinded soya aside. after that add the onion, green chili, coriander leaves with the grinded soya chunks.

after that add the red chilly powder, corn flour, salt with that soya chunks and mix that well together.

wait for 5 to 10 min let the mixture will be sticky with the ingredients and let them allow to cool.

the proper consistency of the kheema fritters is that should be attached together with one another. This is the right consistency.

place the pan. Pour oil. Allow to heat. Then add the soya chunks mixture in to the oil. Deep fry the soya chunks in the oil.
