Ingredients

- 1.00 cup Soya chunk
- 1.00 cup Bread crumbs
- 1.00 cup Onion
- 1.00 cup Gram flour
- 1.00 tbsp Chilli powder
- 0.50 cup Coriander leaves
- 1.00 tbsp Green chillies
- 1.00 tbsp Ginger
- 0.50 cup Oil
- 1.00 tbsp Garam masala
Instructions
Soya Cutlet
- The key ingredients to prepare soya chunks cutlets or soya manchurian , we need Soya granules , breadcrumbs , roasted gram flour, onions comma red chilli powder ,garam masala powder green chillies , Ginger, fresh coriander leaves, oil and salt for a taste.
- Turn on the flame ,place a vessel add a cup of Gram flour and roast it well until the raw smell goes away.
- Add two cup of water in a vessel, In a boiling water add a cup of soya granules and let it soak under 10 to 15 minutes.
- After 10 to 15 minutes ,the Soya granules is too soft and little bit bigger in size ,now drain the water completely.
- Take a Blender or mixer jar ,add a cup of soaked Soya granules and blend it for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Blend the soya chunks granules like a bread crumbs dont blend it too much,Now separate them in a vessel.
- Now add a cup of roasted brown bread crumbs along with the soya granules and mix it lightly.
- Now add a cup of roasted gram flour, you can add a tablespoon of corn flour or corn starch if you prefer.
- Add half cup of fresh coriander leaves, you can add a tablespoon of black pepper powder for these manchurian .
- Add a cup of onions , you can also add fresh mint sprigs for good taste.
- Add a tablespoon of chopped ginger into the mixture, you can add a tablespoon of finely chopped garlic.
- Add a tablespoon of green chillies, you can also add green chilli paste or sauce instead of green chillies.
- Add a tablespoon of red chilli powder along with these you can add a pinch of turmeric powder.
- Add a tablespoon of garam masala powder, you can also add a tablespoon of coriander powder.
- Add a salt for a taste and mix all these ingredients by hands , By using hands we will get a better results.
- Now make a round ball shape of these mixture then you can add a desired shape by using your palms.
- Heat ten tablespoon of oil, when it heats place the shaped mixture and leave it for few seconds then flip it.
- When the cutlet turns golden brown on both sides , drain the oil completely and transfer it on a plate, our yummy soya chunk manchurian or cutlet is ready now.
