Soya bean tehari is a healthest rice which contains high proteins , it is a famous indian cuisine recipe , we can add plenty of vegetables or our favorite vegetables along with rice , Households can prepare with simple ingredients in home itself for their entire family.

The key ingredients to prepare soya bean tehari,we need rice,soya chunks,onions,tomatoes,ginger,green peas,lemon,red chillies,garam masala,turmeric powder,potatoes,red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin seeds,bay leaf,lavang,cinnamon,curd,coriander leaves,oil and salt.
