STEP : 1
Take boiled soya chunks, chopped onion, few almonds, 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, few curry leaves, 1 cup full cream milk and fine paste of one tomato for preparing badami soya chunks curry.
STEP : 2
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and sauté it for few second on low flame. After that add curry leaves and again sauté it.

Now add finely chopped onion and sauté it until the colour of onion get light brown. In place of chopped onion you can add the paste of onion.
STEP : 4
After that add the paste of tomato and a pinch of sugar and sauté it until oil get separated from the paste. Now add 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder and salt as required.
STEP : 5
Take boiled soya chunks and with the help of hand remove excess water from it. Now add the soya chunks and mix it with the masalas on the low flame so that the soya chunks absorb the masalas completely.
STEP : 6
Now make a paste of badam and add milk to it. Then add the mixer of milk and badam or almond. If required you can add more milk, mix properly and low done the flame to low and cover it with a lid at least for 10 minutes.
STEP : 7
Remove the lid and turn off the flame. Transfer the badami soya chunks curry to a serving bowl and garnish with badam or almond. Serve it with chapatti or paratha.
