STEP : 1
To prepare Soya Chunk manchurian we need soya chunks,Capsicum ,oil, Ginger ,corn flour onions ,all purpose flour ,vinegar ,garlic cloves ,soya sauce, tomato sauce, sugar and salt a Pinch.

Heat water in a vessel after that add soya chunks in a boiled water and soak it under 10 to 15 minutes.

For preparing cornstarch add one and half tablespoon of corn flour in a separate bowl and gradually add water to make a thin better.

Make it thin batter, it should not be too thick it should be in a pouring consistency.

To prepare manchurian sauce take a separate bowl add tablespoon of tomato ketchup,you can also add red chili sauce or red chili paste along with this.

Now add a tablespoon of soya sauce along with the tomato ketchup, you can also add a Green Chili sauce if you have.

Now add 2 to 3 drops of vinegar and mix it gently, you can also use synthetic vinegar available in shops.

Now add a tablespoon of sugar and mix and used manchurian sauce if you like.

Now drain the soya chunks thoroughly and keep it in a separate bowl and let it become dry for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now sprinkle tablespoon of corn flour into the soaked and drained soya chunks and mix it gently.

Now add 2 tablespoon of all purpose flour and mix it well let it blend with the soya chunks.

Now two tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and mix it well you can also use readily available ginger garlic paste.

Now add a tablespoon of tomato sauce and a tablespoon of soya sauce and mix it well you can also add a red chili paste into the mixture.

Now add salt according to a taste and mix it well and keep it under 5 to 10 minutes in rest.

Turn on the flame add oil for frying in a separate pan, when oil get heat add soya chunks one by one gently.

When it turn golden brown colour take it out using slotted spoon, now keep the fried soya chunks in a separate bowl.

Keep another pan add 2 to 3 tablespoon of oil and add chopped Ginger into the oil.

Now add the cup of chopped onions and saute it well till it turn golden brown colour.

Now add medium size slice Capsicum into the mixture and mix it well and let it cook under 2 to 3 minutes.

When the capsicum boils, now add mixed sauce into the mixture and mix it thoroughly.

Now add cornstarch liquid into the boiling mixture and mix it thoroughly let it cook under 2 to 3 minutes.

After that add fried soya chunks into the boiling mixture and mix it well and let it cook under 3 to 4 minutes.

Now add a Pinch of salt according to your taste and mix it well. Fried soya chunks will get nice blend with a mixture.
