STEP : 1
Firstly take a bowl and add one cup of water to it and bring it to boil.

Add one cup of soya chunks to the boiling water and boil for about 2 minutes.
STEP : 3
Drain the water and Squeeze the water from the soya chunks and take them to separate bowl.
STEP : 4
Now take a pan and add about 4 tablespoons of oil and let it heat. Add one tablespoon of cumin seeds.

Now add chopped onion green chillies and cashews to it and fry them till they get golden brown colour.

Also add curry leaves to it and mix it well. Now add chopped tomatoes to it.

Once the onions and tomatoes gets cooked add one tablespoon of salt and red chilli powder to it.

Mix it well and also add boiled soya chunks in it and let it cook for 2 more minutes

Add about half cup of water and cook it till the soya chunks becomes dry.

Once the curry becomes dry add tender tamarind leaves to it and mix it well.

Now take it to a bowl and garnish it with cashews. Now tender tamarind soya chunks curry is ready to serve.
