Soyabean taste like a non veg dish with a spicy flavour and yummy taste. Soyabean is an excellent vegetarian side dish in Kerala that goes well with Porotto, chapati or even rice. Soyabean is quite delicious, filling as well as nutrious.

Soya chunks dry recipe

Place the soyabean in a bowl and fill it up with enough hot water so that the soyabean are completely immersed. Leave it aside for 20 minutes.
