STEP : 1
Place the soyabean in a bowl and fill it up with enough hot water so that the soyabean are completely immersed. Leave it aside for 20 minutes.

STEP : 2
Squeeze all the water from the soyabean and cut into small pieces. Then marinate it with beaten egg and salt for 10 minutes.

STEP : 3
Heat oil in kadai or pan, add crushed garlic and ginger, onions, tomatoes, green chillies and little salt. Saute it well until the onions turns light brown. Then add ChillyPowder, tumeric powder, garam masala and fry it well.

STEP : 4
Add marinated soyabean into the kadai or pan and saute it well. Then cover the kadai or pan with lid and cook it for 15 minutes.

STEP : 5
Open the lid and cook for few minutes. Then turn off the flame and serve it with rice, chapati or Indian breads.
