- 1.00 nos chopped onion
- 1.00 cup chili soya bin
- 1.00 nos egg
- 2.00 tbsp salt

- Made a dough with maida ,some oil ,salt and water. chopped one onion,and take some chili soya been. All those things bring together and keep aside.
- roll the soft maida dough with little bit of oil in round shape for prepare the next step of the cooking of egg soya roll.
- Hot a pan then add some oil and fry the paratha then add a egg and salt and fry with this properly.
- Then keep this egg paratha on the plate and the chili soya been kip on the egg paratha and add the chopped onion in it.
- Then roll the paratha with chopped onion and chili soya been properly on the plate for serve for breakfast or lunch in school or office.
