STEP : 1
Take the 2 cups of soyabean chunks (Here we are using the mini soya chunks). Wash them so that they can be boiled.

Chop the onions, tomato Slit the green chili. Slice the ginger so that a paste can be made from the same Peel the garlic cloves to form a paste.

Peel the potatoes and wash them and cut them into small cubes to prepare the alu soya bean masala gravy.

Add oil in a kadai and heat it and deep fry the potato till it turns golden brown in color

After the potatoes have been fried drain off the excess oil and set them aside to cook the whole dish.

Take the boiled soya chunks, beat the yogurt with sugar and set aside the green peas which would be a part of the alu soya bean masala.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the onion and tomatoes and green chili. Fry them well till they are softened and the tomato melts and onion turns golden.

Add the ginger and garlic paste to the mixture above along with salt and turmeric and cook for 12 minutes and stir well.

Add the boiled soya bean and fried potato to the masala mixture along with the green peas. Add the beaten yogurt and cook in simmer till the potatoes are completely boiled and a thick gravy is formed.

To the thick alu soya bean gravy above add the freshly chopped coriander leaves for aroma and garnishing and then it is ready to be served.
