This is a breakfast recipe made by sorrel leaves along with semiya and semolina.this is a different kind of upma which gives a sour taste and this is rich in vitamins and antioxidants.so people who dont love upma can try this.

Ingredients of Sorrel leaves upma

1.00 cup semolina
0.50 cup semiya
0.50 tbsp mustard seeds
0.50 tbsp ginger chopped
0.50 cup onions
1.00 tbsp chana dal
1.00 tbsp urad dal
1.00 tbsp asafoetida
2.00 no green chillies
2.00 cup sorreal leaves
1.00 tbsp salt

first take a pan add semolina, and semiya and dry roast them till they turn to nice colour

now transfer the mixture to the plate. and let the mixture cool for some time.

now in the same pan add sorrel leaves ans saute it and transfer to a mixer jar and grind as a fine paste
