STEP : 1
ingredients for this recipe are semolina, semiya, ginger, sorrel leaves, mustard seeds, urad dal ,chana dal, salt, green chillies

first take a pan add semolina, and semiya and dry roast them till they turn to nice colour

now transfer the mixture to the plate. and let the mixture cool for some time.

now in the same pan add sorrel leaves ans saute it and transfer to a mixer jar and grind as a fine paste

now in a pan add some oil and add mustard seeds, channa dal, urad dal, asafoetida

now add green chillies and onions ,ginger slices and saute them for 5 mins till the onions turn colour

now add the grinded sorrel leaves paste to the pan and mix it nicely and cook

now add water and place a lid on the pan and let it cook for 10mins

after 10 mins once water is boiled add the semolina and semiya mixture and mix will
