1.00 Cup Bombay ravva
2.00 tbsp Ghee
4.00 tbsp Oil
1.00 tbsp Chana dal
1.00 tbsp Ground nuts
1.00 tbsp Onions

1.00 tbsp Mustered seeds
2.00 no Curry leaves
1.00 tbsp Salt

Sooji upma recipe

First of all  switch on the stove and keep a pan and add the ghee and preheat the ghee in the pan for 5 minutes.

At first i saw the chutney besides the recipe and the colour of it looks so delicious to me that my mouth got watered. I always love eating these south Indian foods and this one with the chrtney makes it even more tasty. So i thought of making it at home and prepared it at home. It was so delicious to have and also so light food to eat. The maim benefits of it is that you can take this one as your lunch in tiffin. Also it will stay day long. I will recommend you to add a little more ghee to it while preparing. Also you can add a little tomato sauce and a little chilly sauce too if you love spicy. Overall an amazing experience.
