Unlike normal Roti's this has soft and tri layer nature which is big in size. Two chappathi serves one. It is made up of soft dough made with atta , hot oil, and water. It has a different kneading method but very easy. Can be served with any roti subjis

Ingredients of Soft chapati

2.00 cup Wheat flour
3.00 tbsp oil
1.50 cup water
1.00 no wet cloth

Take atta and add half of hot oil and mix. Add sufficient water, preferably warm to knead the dough to a roti dough consistency. Use your palm to knead well until it becomes very soft
