Soan papdi or patisa is famous indian dessert and also traditional one . It is instantly melt in our mouth so that from kids to all group age people like these dessert lot , we can easily make at home with less ingredients.

Ingredients of Soan papdi

1.00 cup Gram flour
1.00 cup Maida
2.00 no Lemon
0.50 cup vanaspathi
0.50 cup Ghee
2.00 cup Sugar
0.50 tbsp Cardamom powder
5.00 no raisins
0.25 cup cashews
0.25 cup crushed badam
0.25 tbsp yellow food color

Soan papdi

The key ingredients to prepare soan papdi, we need gram flour, maidasugar,green cardamoms,yellow food color ,lemon juice ,ghee,vanaspathi and nuts.

Turn on the flame ,place non stick tawa ,add two to three tablespoon of ghee and let it heat for few minutes.
