Snake gourd is an excellent vegetable and good for health during summer. It controls and maintains the body temperature and makes it cool. As it is also mixed with curd it reduces the heat in body and best food for people who suffer from ulcers.

Ingredients of Snake gourd curry

1.00 tbsp Kasuri methi
4.00 tbsp Oil
1.00 tbsp Salt
