Ingredients of Snake gourd chutney
Snake gourd chutney

STEP : 1
first of all select and then take the fresh snake gourd as shown in the image and keep that aside

STEP : 2
now take the peeler and peel the outer layer of the snake gourd and wash that well and keep aside

STEP : 3
now take the knife and cu the snake gourd in to the small pieces as shown in the image and keep aside

STEP : 4
now take the bowl and add the pieces in the bowl and add the water in them as shown in the image

now switch on the stove and boil the pieces for 5 minutes so that they will be soften like as shown in the image

now take the garlics and remove the outer layer of those garlics and keep them aside as shown in the image

now take the green chillies and wash them well in the water and then wash the curry leaves in the water

now take the tamerind and remove the seeds from that and keep that aside as shown in the image .

now take the fresh curd mix well once with out any lumbs in the middle as shown in the image and keep aside

now take the pan and switch on the stove and add the oil and preheat the oil as shown in the image

now take the green chillies and fry them in the oil for 5 minutes and then switch off the stove and keep aside

now take the fried green chillies and add them in the mixy jar or in chutney maker (roti in telugu )as shown in the image

now take the crystal salt and add sufficient salt in the roti as shown in the image and keep aside

now take the tamerind and add the one tbsp of the tamerind in the green chillies as shown in the image

now grind that green chilies and tamerind well in the roti and them mix once well and grind untill they smashed

now take the boiled snake gourd pieces and add them in the smashed green chillies paste as shown in the image

now grind those pieces like a paste as shown in the image untill they smashed well as shown in the image

now take the fresh curd and add slowly in the grinded snake gourd pieces as shown in the image

now grind all items well once again and take the garlics and add them in the grinded paste as shown in the image

now take that grinded pickle in to a bowl and keep that bowl aside for some time as shown in the image

now take the pan and add the 2 or 3 tbsp of the oil in the pan and add the garlics and fry well

now take the chanadal and add the one tbsp of the chanadal in the fried garlics and mix well .

now take the curry leaves and the mustered seeds and add them in the fried items and fry them well

now take the termeric powder and add the one tbsp of the termeric powder in the fried item and mix well

now take the grinded paste and add that in the fried items in the pan an mix well as shown in the image
