very tasty and spicy snake gourd with curd chutney can be prepared very simply In our home. it will not take more than 15 minutes .this is instant pickle .good combination for the white rice . also this is very good for health

Ingredients of Snake gourd chutney

2.00 cup snake gourd pieces
1.00 cup curd
4.00 no green chillies
5.00 tbsp oil
1.00 tbsp turmeric powder
1.00 tbsp red chillies
1.00 tbsp mustered seeds
1.00 tbsp gera
1.00 tbsp chanadal
1.00 tbsp black gram
1.00 tbsp tamarind
2.00 tbsp garlic
15.00 no curry leaves

Snake gourd chutney

first of all select and then take the fresh snake gourd as shown in the image and keep that aside
