Ingredients of Sirukeerai kootu

1.00 no one bunch greens
6.00 no small onion
7.00 no dried red chillies
7.00 tbsp clove of garlic
1.50 tbsp mustard seeds
2.00 tbsp oil
0.50 tbsp Asafoetida power
3.00 tbsp Moong Dal
1.00 tbsp Salt to taste
1.00 cup Water
1.25 tbsp turmeric powder

Sirukeerai kootu

Take greens and Discard the root parts and wash the greens well in water before chopping them.

Heat the oil in a pan and than add the mustard seeds let it splutters.
