STEP : 1
Take two cups of rice and wash it thoroughly and keep aside . Now take a bowl and add shrimp.

Add half tablespoon of salt and one tablespoon of red chilli power to it and boil them for fifteen minutes.

Now take a pressure cooker and add about three tablespoons of oil and heat it.

Add chopped onions and green chillies and fry them for a while and add boiled shrimp to it.

Now add ginger garlic paste to it and mix it well and fry it for about two minutes.

Now add washed rice to it and mix it well and add about one tablespoon of shahi biryani masala to it.

Now add one tablespoon of salt and mix it well. Now add about three and half cups of water.

Now bring the water to boil and close the lid of the pressure cooker along with whistle.
STEP : 9
Now allows it blow three whistle and put off the flame. Leave it for about ten minutes.

Now finally add coriander and mix it well before serving. Shrimp shahi biryani is ready. Serve it hot.
