shirkhurma is traditional dish in Muslim .they make this recipe at Ramzan Eid .it is sweet dish and it containts lots of energy to privide our body. ingradients -all type of dry nuts ,sugar ,milk ,coconut ,ghee ,kesar etc

Ingredients of Sheer khurma

0.50 liter milk
0.50 cup drynuts
1.50 cup sugar
1.00 tbsp ghee
4.00 tbsp cocunat
4.00 no kesar
2.00 cup shevai

Sheer khurma

first collect all ingredients milk ,sugar , ghee ,shevai ,available dry nuts , cocunat ,for decorate kesar and in one vessel take milk and it stay for boil on gas.

in other vessel take a ghee 1 tesp in that add cocunat frid it up to come brown color on it

after that cut all dry nuts in small size and it fried in ghee for a minutes and remove it .

wait up to come again boil to milk and check sweetness of it and adjust as your taste shirkhurma is ready to eat remove in boil add some kesar on it serve it .
