Ingredients of Shavige payasa
STEP : 1
Firstly take one cup of Roasted Shavige , Which is really give the awesome taste for the sweet .

Now take the 1 cup of sugar , If any one diet conscious they can also use the sukruno sugar also .

Now take a one cup of milk which is full of milky , the milk should be little bit of thick .

Firstly take a one kadai in this add 2 spun of desi ghee and make it heat in a low flame .
STEP : 5
Now add the Roasted Shavige in to the kadai and fry for 5 minutes , in a medium flame .
STEP : 6
After frying the shavige , keep that aside . Now add the 1 and 1/2 cup of milk and make it boil in a medium flame .

In the time of boiling the milk add the roasted shavige as we prepared in the above . And stir continuously .

Now add 3/4 cup of sugar , after adding the shavige , and cook for 5 to 10 minutes .

Now add the sweet cova , of 2 table spun , in the last stage of cooking . And switch off the stove and close with the plate for 2 minutes .

Now the healthy and tastiest Milk and Shavige Kier is ready to serve now . Serve in a hot , for the good taste .
