This is an easy and famous shake that people take from juice shops or hotels,my kids always demand for this so I usually make this at home and it is too easy and I can adjust the cold also .

Ingredients of Sharjah shake

2.00 cup Milk
0.25 kg banana
0.50 cup cashew nuts
1.00 cup sugar

At first we need frozen milk or chilled milk so keep the milk in freezer to make it chilled or frozen.

Then take a mixer or blender and place the bananas after removing the skin to it, use small banana or Cheru pazham for this purpose.
