Badami seviyan kheer is a type of Mughalai sweet mithai dish .These kheer mainly prepared during holi festivals and also it is famous in south side .All group age like these mithai any time it also healthy too for kids.

Ingredients of Seviyan kheer

1.00 cup Broken sevaiyan
0.50 liter milk
0.75 cup badam
0.25 cup cashewnuts
0.25 cup Raisins
1.00 cup sabudhana
1.00 cup Sugar
0.25 tbsp Cardamom powder
2.00 tbsp Ghee
0.25 tbsp Salt
0.50 cup Shredded coconut

The key ingredients to prepare Badami kewra sevaiyan ,we need broken sevaiyan,milk,sugar,cardamom powder, sabudhana ,Badam,ghee,cashewnuts,raisins,shredded coconut and salt.

Add two cups of water along with the cup of sabudhana and let it soak for 30 minutes.

The recipe given here is really so good believe me I tried it and it turned out to be the yummiest of all the sevaiyan, as I have made till now .it's been done so nicely with the richness of milk and dry fruits and Desi ghee and everything and on top of it the grated coconut as well as the sabudana they all match so perfectly to the taste and they blend so smoothly and goes so well in the mouth it's like melting and you really enjoy the texture it is a very good recipe given ,I will definitely recommend everyone to try at least once .thanks for sharing such a beautiful recipe here!!
