STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare Badami kewra sevaiyan ,we need broken sevaiyan,milk,sugar,cardamom powder, sabudhana ,Badam,ghee,cashewnuts,raisins,shredded coconut and salt.

STEP : 2
Add two cups of water along with the cup of sabudhana and let it soak for 30 minutes.

To make almond paste,take 3/4 cup of almonds or 15 to 20 almonds in a bowl.

STEP : 4
To peel off the almond skin,soak the almonds in hot water for a smooth paste.

STEP : 5
Turn on the flame ,place a tawa or pan ,add a tablespoon of ghee in it.

STEP : 6
Add a cup of broken sevaiyan and let it roast for 5 minutes or till nice aroma comes.

When it is dry roasted add a cup of water with little bit of salt .

Along with the sevaiyan add half litre of milk and bring it to boil for few seconds.

After half an hour Strain the sabudhana soaked water then transfer in a boiling milk.

Add a cup of sugar or organic sugar as per taste and mix it for few seconds

Add half cup of grated coconut along with the sweet mixture and mix it completely.

After few minutes ,peel the almond skin completely and add the almonds in a blender..

Blend it for few seconds by adding little amount of water till it turns nice smooth paste.

Add the blended and fine coarse almond paste along with the ingredients and mix it.

Let's roast the nuts,place a kadai add the remaining tablespoon of ghee and let it melt.

Add few broken cashews in a ghee and mix it,You can add crunched pistachios if you prefer

Add few broken almonds in a ghee and mix it,let it roast in a low flame.

Add quarter cup of raisins and mix it,You can add crunched walnuts if you prefer.

Add the roasted nuts in a badami sevaiyan mixture and mix it completely for few seconds.

Add half tablespoon of cardamom powder or elaichi powder and mix it for better smell.

When it is complete,turn off the flame and let it half cool for few seconds. Our Tasty Badam seviyan kheer is ready to serve.
