- 1.00 tbsp Black gram

Sevai Upma Recipe
- first of all take the pan and take the one cup of the semiya and switch on the stove and fry the semiya once and keep aside
- now take the one or two tbsp of the ground nuts and add them in the oil and fry them until they fry like golden color
- now after frying the ground nuts add the chana dal in the oil and then mix them all well and fry well
- now take the black gram and add the one tbsp of black gram in the fried chana dal and mix well and fry
- now take the mustered seeds and the onions and green chilies and add all the items and mix with the spoon and fry well
- now take the one and half cup of the water and add them in the fried items and mix well
- now take the salt and add the salt for taste and boil for some time and keep the high flame
- now take the fried semiya and add them in the boiled water as shown in the image and mix them well
- now take the spoon and mix once them and keep a lid and cook that for 5 minutes so that water will evaporated
