Ingredients of Sesame rice

All the ingredients are taken as per measurement and requirement. Carrot and chilly is grated before. Rice is cooked before.

Firstly, take a pan and grease it with oil. Fry ground nuts and chilly, till it looses its rawness.

Also add curry leaves to the sautÃ©, to make it flavoured. Allow it to fry till crispy.

Add tamarind powder, which can be manually prepared. This is also available instantly. Allow it to cook till soft and well mixed.

The main ingredient sesame powder is prepared manually, by heating and grinding it. Add the powder to the pan. Donât heat for longer time.

Now add the cooked rice to the pan and mix it well with a spoon. The mixture must be well applied to the rice.

Mix it and allow it to cook for some time, till concentrated. More oil may be added as per taste.

Add the grated carrot to the recipe, to make it more tastier. Also add salt required as per choice.

Mix all the ingredients well. Do not fry the dish for longer time, else it tastes bitter. Yummy, hot recipe is ready to be served.

Transfer the prepared recipe into a another bowl. It may be served with lemon juice. It serves 3-4.
