Sesame Coconut Chutney – Spicy And Tasty Sesame Coconut Chutney
Sesame coconut chutney is very delicious and spicy. This is a most popular south indian style chutney. It can be prepared easily very simple dish. It is served with roti or rice.
Ingredients
Sesame Coconut Chutney
- 1.00 cup Coconut pieces
- 2.00 tbsp Red Chilies
- 2.00 tbsp Dhaniyalu
- 2.00 tbsp Garlic
- 1.00 tbsp Chana dal
- 1.00 tbsp Black gram
- 4.00 tbsp Oil
- 1.00 tbsp Tamarind
- 1.00 tbsp Salt For Taste
Instructions
Sesame Coconut Chutney
- First of all take the coconut and cut them in to small pieces and keep them aside as shown in the image
- now take the plate and take the dhaniyalu and red chilies and chana dal and black gram and keep aside.
- now take the pan and switch on the stove and add the sesame seeds as shown in the image mix well.
- now take the spoon and then mix well and fry them for 5 minutes until they change their color to golden color.
- now take the oil and add in the pan and then add the red chilies and the chana dal and dhaniyalu one by one.
- now take the spoon and fry them well until they fry like a golden color and then switch off the stove and keep aside.
- now take the mixy jar and add the coconut pieces in the mixy jar slowly as shown in the image.
- now take the fried ingredients and add them in the coconut pieces and then add tamarind one by one then add salt for taste.
- now take the fried sesame seeds and add them in the coconut pieces and then keep aside as shown in the image.
- now take the jaggery and add the small piece of the jaggery in the sesame sesame seeds mixture and grind.
- now take the water and add little water in the jar and grind them well like a fine paste as shown in the image.
- now take the serving bowl and serve the tasty and spicy sesame coconut chutney and serve with the dosa or idly.
