Ingredients of Semolina upma
STEP : 1
First take a fresh and cleaned plate and add the carrot and potato and the tomato and chop them into fine pieces in the plate.

and now take a pan and add the suji rava and add some ghee to the rava and heat the pan fry slowly without burning the rava.

and now take a fresh and cleaned onion and the garlic flakes and chop them on the clean plate into fine pieces.

and now take a fine and cleaned dry vessel and add some oil and add the jeera and chana dal and the urad dal and ground nuts.

and now as the next step after frying slightly the ingredients mix well and now add some curry leaves and fry slowly without burning.
