Rava or semolina is new type of cake family and it is most favorite cake for cake lovers that can be made often at home with few of the ingredients in a fluffy manner that too with out oven in pressure cooker.

Ingredients of Semolina cake

0.25 kg Rava
1.50 cup Sugar
0.25 liter milk
1.00 cup tutti frutti
0.50 cup cashewnuts
0.50 cup Raisins
1.00 cup Maida
1.50 cup Curd
0.25 tbsp Baking soda
1.00 tbsp baking powder
2.00 tbsp vanilla essence
0.50 cup Oil
1.00 cup Butter
2.00 cup Salt

The key ingredients to prepare rava cake ,we need rava, maida,milk,sugar,curd,butter,oil,cashewnuts,raisins,tutti frutti,baking powder,baking soda ,vanilla essence.

Take 250 gram of sooji or rava in a blender jar to make it little smooth.

To Make powder sugar take another blender add one and half cup of sugar in it.

For mixing ,take a seperate vessel add the blended semolina or rava and transfer it.

To make a warm milk ,boil the quarter liter milk and turn off the flame when it starts frothing.

Everything mix it well using spoon or electric mixture and leave it for excess moisture.

For preheating turn on the flame ,place a long bottomed vessel with two cup of salt.
