Sheerkhurme ka Meetha is a famous dessert liked by many. This dessert is especially made by Muslims on Ramadan festival. It is one of the Islamic dessert. It is made and served in many of the Indian restaurant and in family functions.

Ingredients of Semiya payasam

2.50 liter Milk
1.25 kg Sawaiyya
1.25 cup Sugar
2.25 tbsp Ghee
5.00 no Cardamom seeds
1.25 cup Almonds
1.25 cup Dry dates
