- 1.00 cup Sugar
- 2.00 cup Water
- 2.00 tbsp Kaju
- 2.00 tbsp Ghee
- 2.00 tbsp Ilachipowder
- 0.25 tbsp Yellow Color
Instructions
Semiya Kesari
- First of all take the pan and switch on the stove and add the one cup of semiya and fry them well
- now measure the sugar and the fried semiya in the proper way take one cup of sugar for one cup of the semiya
- now take the bowl and add the two cups of water and boil them well as shown in the image
- now take the fried semiya and add them in the boiled water as shown in the image and cook slowly
- now take the spoon and mix the semiya well and boil them in slow flame as shown in the image .
- now take the sugar and add the one cup of the sugar in the boiled semiya as shown in the image
- now take the yellow color and add one tbsp of color in the boied semiya and cook for the 5 minutes and then add the elachi powder

- now take the another pan and add the ghee and preheat the ghee and fry the kaju in the slow flame
