Schezwan fried rice is a popular indo chinese dish and famous vegeterian recipe and also indian street food recipe, It is easy to prepare at home with simple ingredients as same as restaurant style .Household can prepare these at very short time.

2.00 cup Rice
2.00 cup cabbage
0.25 kg Red chilli
1.00 cup Onions

1.00 cup Garlic cloves
0.50 cup Ginger pieces
1.00 cup carrot
1.00 cup Mint leaves
1.00 cup green capsicum
1.50 cup French beans
1.00 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste
1.00 tbsp Black pepper corns
0.50 cup Green chillies
2.00 tbsp Tomato ketchup
0.50 cup Oil
1.00 tbsp Green chilli sauce
0.50 tbsp Cumin seeds
1.00 tbsp Salt

Schezwan fried

The key ingredients to prepare schezwan fried rice,we need ,rice,green peas,onions,french beans,mint leaves,green chillies, red chillies,ginger,garlic cloves,capsicum,carrot,beans,cabbage, cumin seeds,green chilli sauce,lemon,tomato ketchup,black pepper,oil and salt.
