Ingredients of Sausage sandwich
STEP : 1
Take the boneless chicken cubes and wash them very well and clean them and cut into small sized pieces and add some salt to the same.

Heat water in a saucepan and boil the chicken pieces very well so that they become soften and can be directly cooked.

Chop the onion and garlic into very small pieces which soften very easily. Chop the capsicum into small pieces also.

After the chicken is boiled drain the excess water and cut the chicken or shred it into very small pieces as shown in the picture.

Take the chicken cocktail sausages and defrost it and set it aside in a bowl to be shallow fried before serving

Heat a little oil in a kadai and shallow fry the sausages in all directions so that they are uniformly cooked on all sides and turn slightly brownish.

Take 2 pieces of milky white sandwich bread and set them aside so that they can be toasted and greased before making the sandwich

Heat oil in a kadai and add the onion, garlic and capsicum and deep fry them till everything softens and turns golden brown.

Add the boiled chicken chunks to the fried vegetables and mix them well and add a pinch of salt and cook thoroughly.

Take the 2 slices of bread and add butter on one side. Add the stuffing on one side and add some mayonnaise on top of the stuffing as shown in the picture. Coat the butter uniformly on the bread.

Place one bread on top of the other and press it well so that no stuffing comes out and slowly put the same in a sandwich griller and grill for 2 minutes and then it is ready to be served.
