The title of this recipe is in tamil,which recipe is traditionally done in ancient days by crush the ingredients and make healthy and tasty sambar,here i used to blend the ingredients using mixer grinder and is to be same as the taste of traditional Sambar, which is best combination for idly and dosa recipes.

Ingredients of Sambar dal

1.00 cup Toor Dal
6.00 no Dried Red chilly
2.00 tbsp Chana dal
3.00 tbsp Coriander Seeds
2.00 tbsp cumin seeds
0.25 tbsp mustard seeds
1.00 cup Small Onions
3.00 no Tomatoes
0.25 tbsp Hing
2.00 tbsp Tamarind Extract
0.50 tbsp Salt
2.00 tbsp Oil
4.00 no curry leaves
0.25 cup Coriander Leaves
0.25 tbsp Turmeric Powder

Sambar dal

The lovely and tempting recipe I tried this recipe today, Sambar turned out very yummy.. everyone loved it even we wanted more but it finished because of the taste of the recipe.. thank you so much for the recipe. And I cant wait to try once more..
