Salted Cucumber Lassi

  • 1.00 nos Cucumber
  • 1.00 nos Green chili
  • 0.25 tbsp ginger
  • 0.25 cup coriander
  • 1.00 tbsp Salt
  • 1.00 cup curd
  • 0.50 tbsp cumin powder

  • Firstly , peel and chop the cucumber into small pieces and also chop the green chili , ginger and some fresh coriander

  • Now add the chopped cucumber into the blender and blend it finely . don’t add water to it because the cucumber itself will have required water in it

  • Now add the chopped ginger , green chili ,some fresh coriander and required salt and blend it for 10 seconds.

  • Now add fresh plain curd and blend it again nicely .now check for the salt . if you want to add salt don’t add more, just add 1/2 tbsp

  • After the blending is done , now for the chillness add some ice cubes to it and blend it a little

  • pour this in a serving glass and sprinkle 1/2 tbsp of cumin powder in each glass of lassie . Serve after 10-15 minutes of a heavy meal.
