Sweet pongal is the traditional recipe which can be prepared for All festivals Like Navratri,Durga pooja and Sankaranthi pongal.This sweet pongal is also known as neiveithyam for God And Goddess Durga Laksmi And Lakshmi Devi.

Ingredients of Jaggery Preparation

0.45 Cup Palm Sugar Or Jaggery

3.00 Tbsp Ghee

0.25 Cup Cardamom Powder Dry Grapes

Jaggery preparation

Heat a thick bottom pan add some grated or powdered palm sugar,which needs to melt and filter to remove the impurities.
