A simple and delicious way to make a tasty and fragrant fried rice. This rice is made by bone less chicken peices , chopped garlic , chopped onion , garam masala and black papper powder . Eat it with any veg or non veg gravy recipe . It is a meal by itself if you want it to be

Ingredients of Sahi fried rice

3.00 cup gobindo bgoge steamed rice
2.00 cup bone less chicken pieces
1.00 tbsp chopped garlic
2.00 cup chopped onion
0.25 cup ghee
0.50 tbsp garam masala
0.50 tbsp black pepper powder
1.00 tbsp salt
1.00 tbsp sugar

Sahi fried rice

Take a pan then add some water in it . wash the rice ant keep aside. when the water become boiled then add the washed rice and when it become boiled stain the water and keep aside

Hot a pan then add some oil in it , when oil is become hot add the chopped garlic and cook it on high flame for one minutes
