Sago Vada – A Delicious And Crispy Sago Vada Recipe At Home
Sago vada is a one of the crispy and tasty snacks for evening time. Sabudana vada recipe is delicious fried recipe prepared during Vrat and religious occasions.
Ingredients
Sago Vada
- 1.00 cup Sabudana
- 3.00 nos Potato
- 2.00 nos Greeen Chilly
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
- 1.00 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1.00 tbsp Garam Masala
- 3.00 tbsp Bengal Gram Flour
- 0.25 cup Coriender Leaves
- 1.00 Cup Oil
Instructions
Sago Vada
- Sock one cup of Sabudana in water for an 1 to 2 hour (or until in become soft). And drain excess water.
- Steam cook or pressure cook the potatos for 3 whistle and peel the skin.
- Finely chop green chili and coriander leaves.
- Now take peeled potato and smash the fully as i shown in the image.
- Now take a mixing bowel, add the smashed potato, 3 tablespoon of Bengal gram flour, garam masala, chopped green chili , coriander leaves, cumin seeds, salt as per taste.
- Now add soacked sabudana, Don’t add any water for mixing .
- Mix all the ingredients well and make small balls to make vada.
- After making the small balls just press on your palm in the pattern of vada and keep it a side.
- Heat oil in a kadai in medium flame. Check the heat of the oil and add vadas. Cook both the side of the vada until in changes to golden colour in medium flame.
- Now the healthiest and tasty crispy sabudana vada is ready to serve. Serve this with the curd and any chat chutney .
