Ingredients of Sago pudding
STEP : 1
Take the sabudan and made them to soak in water for some time before the preparation so that the sabudan will be easy to boil.

Take a pressure cooker and boil the sago in it for 5 minutes and put off the stove until the pressure is gone do not open the lid.

In the mean while we can boil the milk in a low flame and after they are boiled put off the stove and kept aside.

Now take the pan of sago and put it on the stove in a low flame only and stir well for some time.

Now add water if we need otherwise do not add if it is harden add water to it and mix well.

Add sugar of 1/2 cup of their taste and mix well in a low flame until the sugar dissolves with a spoon.

After the sugar is dissolved add milk of 2 cups to it and mix well for some time in a low flame.
STEP : 8
After adding the milk keep the pan on the stove in a low flame and stir well in order the sago absorbs the milk.
STEP : 9
After that add raisins of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well for some time in a low flame only.
STEP : 10
Before put off the stove add elaichi to it and stir well and take into the serving bowl to serve when it is hot only.
