STEP : 1
Wash and soak the Sago in plain water for an hour,if an hurry wash and soak it in hot water for half an hour,and drain out the water after well soak.

Take three to four large potatoes wash and boil it in a pressure cooker for three to four whistles by adding a pinch of salt with them.
STEP : 3
Heat a pan add some dried peanuts (ground nuts),dry roast it for few seconds till it gets fried and peel off the skin.

Add the cleaned groundnuts into a mixer jar and grind it as powder or coarsely if you need crunchy bites while eating.

Take a large mixing bowl add the boiled potatoes with them and smash it well using ladle or using your hands.

In that bowl add the crushed groundnuts with them and give a gentle mix till it mix itself together with the boiled potatoes.

Then add the chopped green chilies and soaked and well drained sago with them and again give a gentle mix with them.

Then add the chopped coriander leaves and salt with them and also add one tbsp of lemon juice with them and mix well like a dough add or spray some water if needed.

Keep in soak for half an hour and then make it roll like a cylindrical shape by moisture your hands with water or with oil,which is shown in the picture.

Heat a pan add 2 cups of oil for deep frying,when oil gets hot add the rolled potato and sago mixture into them and fry it for few seconds.

Deep fry the potato rolls on both sides till it turn in to golden brown color in medium flame for few seconds,then serve hot with green chutney or with any sauce.
