- 1.00 cup Sabudana
- 0.50 cup Sugar
- 1.00 cup Dry Coconut
- 2.00 tbsp Ghee
- 1.00 nos Elaichi

- Firstly we have to take the one of Sabudana, and fry this in a pan for 5 to 8 minutes, in a low flame.
- After frying this sabudana in a low flame for 10 minutes, take a one jar add the sabudan in this add grind this as a rava proportion.
- Now take a one pan in this add grated one cup of coconut and one Elachi and fry this in a medium flame, for 5 minutes
- After frying the dry coconut for 5 minutes now add 1/2 cup of sugar and fry this for 10 minutes.
- After frying the sugar for for 10 minutes, now add the ghee of 2 spun and fry for another 5 minutes.
- After frying all the ingredients, now take a one jar, add all the ingredients and grind as a fully powder.
- Now take a one plate in this add the grinded Sabudan and fried coconut ingredients and mix it well and make a ball type, which size you want.
- Now the crispy and sweet, Sabudana Ladoo is ready to serve now, it is a very delicious sweet.
