Then they shape the vada and fries in hot oil. I prefer the below method of making sabudana vada which is less time consuming and also tastes fantastic. As an alternation, if you prefer peanuts, you can add it to get a crunch flavourful taste.

Ingredients of Sabudana vada

Take some Sabu dana and keep aside, take two potatoes, red chili powder, and some cumin seeds all those things bring together and keep aside.

Take the Sabu dana in a bowl then wash it properly and add some water with Sabu dana and soke it for fifteen minutes.

take a preacher cooker and add some water in it then add the potato pieces into the water and boil the potatoes.

Then take the soaked Sabu dana and keep aside, red chili powder, boil the potato and then pill it and keep aside, and all those things bring together and keep aside

Take a big bowl then add the boiled potato in it and mash the boiled potato and keep aside for cooking.

Then add some red chili powder into the mashed potato and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe.
