Ingredients of Sabudana Khichdi
STEP : 1
first you need to take the ingredients Sabudana , salt , Potato, Peanuts ,Green Chillies ,Cumin Seeds.

In a big wide bowl soak sabudana by adding just enough water to cover them . Just 1/4 inch more than sabudana level.soak 5-6 hours

Sabudana will fluff up after soaking and drain off excess water if any before cooking.

Now you need to boil the potato in a blow for 10 to 12 mins.

Now you need to add little bit salt and mix it well.keep the flame as medium.

Now you need to take out of the peel from the potato keep it aside.

Now you need to heat the pan and than 2 tablespoon oil wait for 1 mins.

Now you need to add Cumin Seeds or Jeera to the pan.wait for 1 mins.
