  • 1.00 no Medium Sized Potato
  • 2.00 tbsp Green Chillies
  • 2.00 tbsp oil
  • 1.00 tbsp salt
  • 1.00 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.50 gram peanuts
  • 1.00 tbsp Sugar
  • 1.00 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 5.00 nos coriander leaves

  • first you need to take the ingredients Sabudana , salt , Potato, Peanuts ,Green Chillies ,Cumin Seeds.

  • In a big wide bowl soak sabudana by adding just enough water to cover them . Just 1/4 inch more than sabudana level.soak 5-6 hours

  • Sabudana will fluff up after soaking and drain off excess water if any before cooking.

  • Now you need to boil the potato in a blow for 10 to 12 mins.
