Sabudana Khichdi is one of the most popular comfort food in India.It’s mostly made during fasting.Sabudana khichdi makes an appetizing and filling breakfast , lunch , dinner with in a few minutes we can prepare this Sabudana Khichdi .

Ingredients of Sabudana Khichdi

1.00 cup Sabudana
1.00 no Medium Sized Potato
2.00 tbsp Green Chillies
2.00 tbsp oil
1.00 tbsp salt
1.00 tbsp Lemon juice
0.50 gram peanuts
1.00 tbsp Sugar
1.00 tbsp cumin seeds
5.00 no coriander leaves

Sabudana Khichdi

first you need to take the ingredients Sabudana , salt , Potato, Peanuts ,Green Chillies ,Cumin Seeds.

In a big wide bowl soak sabudana by adding just enough water to cover them . Just 1/4 inch more than sabudana level.soak 5-6 hours

Now you need to boil the potato in a blow for 10 to 12 mins.
