Ingredients of Sabudana kheer
STEP : 1
Bring the saabakki and soak in water for 2 to 3 hours before the start of the preparation only to made the recipe easier.

Put this pan in the pressure cooker and boi the saabakki for some time in the cooker with a vessel on the top.
STEP : 3
Take this out and keep this on a stove on a low flame for some by stirring this with a spoon for some time.

If it is harder add water of 2 cups in to it and made the water to boil for some time in a low flame.
STEP : 5
After that add sugar of 1/2 cup to the bowl and mix well until the sugar dissolves in it in a low flame.

Take milk of 2 to 3 cups in one bowl and boil the milk in a high flame only in another pan.
STEP : 7
Add those boiled milk to the bowl containing the saabakki and mix well until the milk applies to all over the bowl.
STEP : 8
Leave it calm for some time on the stove in a pan for some time in a low flame without disturbing.
STEP : 9
Add raisins of 1/2 table spoon to it mix well and again heat for some time in a low flame only.
STEP : 10
Before put off the stove add some table spoon of fresh ghee to it mix well and take in to the serving bowl.
